960 Bed Capacity

Situated in Uttarakhand, this Hospital stands out with its impressive 960-bed capacity, making it the second largest in the region. In addition to its comprehensive healthcare services, the facility also houses an MBBS and Nursing College, dedicated to training and nurturing the next generation of nurses and doctors. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and value engineering, the hospital has been meticulously designed to prioritize environmentally conscious practices. The entire campus follows a well-thought-out masterplan, which aims to create a harmonious blend of formal and informal spaces distributed evenly throughout the premises. An interconnected green spine acts as a unifying element, seamlessly linking all the buildings and functions within the campus. Adhering to the courtyard typology, the buildings' floor plans are designed to maximize the infusion of natural light and ventilation.
The masterplan is conceived to be executed in phases, ensuring a systematic and efficient development process. The design incorporates intelligent building systems, such as green facades, sun shading devices, green roofs, and stormwater management, to proactively address environmental concerns and minimize the facility's ecological footprint. Through these innovative features, the hospital campus not only provides outstanding healthcare services but also serves as a model for sustainable architectural practices.
